Welcome to the Perren family!
It all began in 1980 when Monika and Berno Perren welcomed their first guests to their restaurant, Cheminée. Cheminée made a name for itself primarily through its meat specialties from the wood-fired grill.
In 1995, a generational change brought with it a major transformation. Christan, the son of Monika and Berno Perren, opened the 3* hotel together with his wife Käthy. Now, guests at Cheminée were not only treated to culinary delights, but could also spend their vacations here.
The next generational change already took place. Mike, the son of Christian and Käthy Perren, is running the Cheminée in its third generation. His wife Fabienne is actively supporting him in this endeavor.
When two little boys whirl through the Cheminée, they are Erik and Ludwig, the grandchildren of Käthy and Christian Perren. They are the children of their daughter Melanie, who now lives with her family in Munich.
