The family-run Hotel Cheminée—a cozy home away from home

Hotel Cheminée was built in 1995 by Käthy and Christian Perren.

The hotel owes its name to the open fireplace in its restaurant. Even before the hotel was built, grilled specialties were served here at what was then known as “Steakhouse Cheminée.”

Over time, the hotel evolved from a lodging facility with a restaurant into a bed-and-breakfast featuring a legendary après-ski bar called “Halali,” located directly across from the Sunnegga valley station.

To this day, Hotel Cheminée is run as a family business by Fabienne and Mike Perren with great passion and personal dedication.
